How to be High Vibe AF

As some of you may already know, I have struggled A LOT with mental health, depression, and anxiety. They ruled my life for many years and kept me from fully living and being happy.  From the outside I may have looked put together and happy during that time but I wasn’t. Maybe you can relate.

How To Keep Trust When Things Blow Up In Your Face.

We live in the real world where real things happen. We fall on our faces, and at times things just don’t work out for us. It doesn’t matter who you are, which God you pray to, what tree you worship, or how spiritual you are, some shit just isn’t going to work out the way we wanted or planned for.

I get it. It’s hard. It especially sucks when we really wanted that one thing (or several things) to work out and they don’t. So how can we look at this with a positive spin and use it to propel us forward instead of admitting defeat and throwing in the towel?

My Story

In my last post I told you about my why and my personal mission to help women who encounter the same struggles that I did. My passion and determination all stem from my experiences, and so now I want to share my story with you.

I spent eight years suffering in silence, consumed by my demons, and lost in destructive self-sabotaging behaviours.

I struggled heavily with disordered eating in the forms of anorexia and bulimia. I let my worth depend on what the scale read back to me, what jean size I wore, and if it was getting smaller.

OMG, you guys I’m so pumped to welcome you to my new website! Isn’t it the prettiest thing you ever did see? I can’t take credit though; I had an awesome team help make this happen (the dream team over at Park Avenue Communications hooked me up!).

I wanted to tell you the story of my why — why I started my company, why it was so important that I did and why it matters to me and every woman out there struggling with disordered eating and self-worth.
